UK delivery is FREE. You will know if a product is available when viewing the details of that product. It will tell you if we have the product in stock or how long we expect it to be before it becomes available. We cannot, unfortunately, guarantee an exact delivery date but we do give you an estimate in this same section if at all possible. For example - In Stock - 2-3 days delivery
As you will have noticed we use UPS and Royal Mail for our deliveries. By clicking on the order tracking link which appears on every page you will be given a complete explanation of their methods of delivery. We would like to stress that every item that leaves our Warehouse with UPS and Royal Mail can be tracked by you and also by our Call Centre.
We have endeavoured to make our descriptions, measurements, colours and prices correct. We write our own web sites and will keep it updated on an on going basis to ensure the customer is kept informed of any changes as and when they happen. All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel for any reason, you have seven clear working days to let us know. If you wish to cancel under this provision, please e-mail us at cancel@wheredidyoubuythat.com. We will refund your payment on return of the item concerned (see Returns on how to return the item). The seven days start when the goods are delivered.
We hope you will be happy with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within seven working days from the date of delivery so long as it remains in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item and delivery to the purchaser if the product is damaged or faulty. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items, which are not in a re-saleable condition. Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were received by you.

WHEREDIDYOUBUYTHAT.COM is part of a much larger company - Bodie and Fou. We have sourced all the products ourselves, used our in-house photographer to bring them to life. Designed and written the web site. Designed and produced all printed matter that is needed, and designed and written the database that sits behind the site. We have a Call Centre situated just off the A1M in Tyne & Wear. In addition to all of this we have a Warehouse and Distribution Centre where all orders are processed and despatched. This centre is also used for various Business to Business Loyalty Programmes we have created for some of our clients.
