Good design is often when a product is so obviously simple that it makes one wonder why it had not been invented before.

Conventional scales normally consist of about 35 plastic and metal parts and a similar number of electronic components. However, the new EVA SOLO kitchen scales are great because they only have 3 parts: a metal container with a measuring line on the outside, a glass jar with a weighing scale and a stainless steel spring.

These 3 elements combine to create a perfect set of scales that can weigh up to 1 kilogram.
