Type your query into the search box found on every page, then type in a word, for example 'leather' and the results will come back, listed in order of highest relevance, click on the link and the page will load.
When you have found a product you would like to buy simply click on add to cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Here you can once again check the details of the items you are ordering. To buy, all you have to do is provide us with the delivery address, billing address and payment details, and we will process your order straight away. If you would prefer to order via the telephone please make a print out of your shopping basket contents from the order page and call us on +44 117 971 4011 and we will process your order over the phone.
You can track your order using 'My Account'. Simply enter your UPS or Royal Mail ID number that will be given to you when you receive your order confirmation e-mail, and you will be taken to the UPS or Royal Mail web site where details of your order will be displayed.

Delivery is free within the UK with all orders on WHEREDIDYOUBUYTHAT.COM.
WHEREDIDYOUBUYTHAT.COM does offer international deliveries. The cost of your delivery will be calculated at the checkout when you enter your country and payment will be taken with your order. Orders are expected to arrive with you within 4 days from the date of dispatch. You can track your order online from our warehouse to your door.
Currently, you can pay for your WHEREDIDYOUBUYTHAT.COM orders by credit or debit card. If you are using a card all you have to do is type in the card number and expiry date when you go through the WHEREDIDYOUBUYTHAT.COM cashier.
You will know if a product is available when viewing the details of that product. It will tell you if we have the product in stock or how long we expect it to be before it becomes available. We cannot, unfortunately, guarantee an exact delivery date but we do give you an estimate in this same section if at all possible. For example - In Stock - 2-3 days delivery
We process your orders as quickly as possible, so it is highly unlikely that you will be able to cancel an order once you've passed through the checkout. Before that stage, however, you can remove items from your shopping bag at any time. If you receive items that you no longer require our returns policy allows you to return them to us for a refund within 28 days as long as the items are in a saleable condition and any seals are unbroken.
Items that are in stock will be delivered using UPS next day delivery service or Royal Mail. We aim to deliver all products within 5 working days.
We hope you will be happy with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within seven working days from the date of delivery so long as it remains in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item and delivery to the purchaser if the product is damaged or faulty. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items, which are not in a re-saleable condition. Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were received by you.
